We went right after a storm and a high tide. It was great. Very well kept park with lots of parking and lots to enjoy. In summer great place to take kids to pay in sand and wade.

Plenty of trails, an unbeatable view of ghe Puget Sound, camp ground and cabins available. Friendly park rangers make for a pleasant visit rain or shine!

Between the wide expanse of sandy beach and the idyllic stream side path this park is well worth a visit. There are conveniently placed camping areas and availability for RV's. This is a family friendly area that has great picnic facilities, ample parking and the opportunity for a great day out.

Great location. Used to be free to have a picnic. Not been back since it was charged. A real shame as it was a good family location. We have driven thru and is hardly used

We like to be near to some restaurants and activities when we RV camp. Dash Point State park is really close to great food and lots to do. We live in the north end so it allowed us a great base to explore the south. The park was clean and tidy and the pull through sport perfect for us. If... More

Went here to check it out, worth the trip. The areas were clean and easily accessible. The beach was nice to walk up and down, some neat things to see along the way. The trails appeared to be kept up but I can imagine it would be a little slick in the rain.

This park can be very deceiving in size. Not only is the park located on Puget Sound but there are many hiking trails that achieve higher elevations. it has camping, picnicking and beaches.

The campground at Dash Point State Park is surprisingly good, considering how close it is to Seattle and Tacoma. In particular, the 'standard' (no hookups) sites are reasonably private and quiet. The sites with electricity and water/sewer hookups are much more tightly-packed together, and not nearly as nice. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, although there was only one shower... More

My wife and I went here to hike some of the trails with our dog. They are allowed as long as they are on a leash, which we always do to make sure our dog is safe and not bothering others. Less than a mile into the walk we had already passed 3 people with their large dogs not on... More

Plenty of space to enjoy a day picnicking, kayaking, and bbq. Parking a bit limited so show up early.
