I walked to the falls from the ranger station. The station is only open in the summer. The Marymere falls were beautiful and I highly recommend this hike.

Great place at end of Lake Crescent. Views stunning and ample parking. The hike to Marymere Falls is easy and fun. No dogs though. A good place to stop and rest a bit or have a picnic.

Great stop in a log cabin ranger station. Getting a National Passport stamp is always fun! Great educational topographical maps and trail information in the Lake Crescent, Barnes Creek and Marymere Falls area.

Nice place, yet unlike noted on the map, there are no USNPS rangers there. The kids could not return their junior ranger there, so we had to find another ranger station.

Beautiful hike up to Marymere Falls. About 1.5 Miles. Pretty strenuous for an out of shape 65 year old but heard no complaints from anyone else in our party of 9 from 7 to 70+ years.

Hiking around this area, to Marymere Falls, etc. was beautiful. The ferns are breathtaking. Make sure you go to the Crescent Lake Lodge even if you don't dine there--beautiful lake. We had lunch there and it was perfect, although the service was very slow.
