The fields are absolutely beautiful when they are bloomed in full of flowers. There's also a lot to do with the family here. There's plenty of food to buy here so you don't have to go anywhere else. Highly recommend it

I recommend going when the Tulips are in bloom. This year April was the time and the crowds showed that everyone knew when to come. Don't let the crowds and traffic deter you, in nice weather, it is worth the hassle.

In light of the comments from another member who reviewed this place as a "Tourist grab" and complained about the cost to get in, it was $6/per adult to get in when I went and the kids were free. I was blown away by the...More

Took a drive and ended up in tulip town. Was a little bit late in the year but still very pretty. Such beautiful flowers and setting.

We were at the tail end of the season so it was mostly late bloomers left. It is truly amazing to see fields of tulips in bloom. There are interesting gift shops and flower gardens to explore with lots of information about tulips.

I don't know. I suspect there is little in the way of public transport, though. Did not see any bus stops. There might be some private transport arranged specifically for the tulips, though. Did see private buses.

We were there on April 24th and were told because of the mass amount of rain they've been having,Tulip Town will be open until the first week of May. Workers were already topping several varieties of tulips during our visit.
