Nice little boardwalk stroll in downtown Olympia. Good for boat-watching for some nice sea-breeze. I often take a walk here before visiting the nearby Farmers Market. You can also extend your walk by heading over to Capitol Lake.

I had a room at the Doubletree Hilton, next to the Percival Landing. The view from my room was lovely. Every day I ventured out along the waterfront boardwalk. This was my first visit to Olympia, and my hotel was close to the historic district. I was wondering what was so historic about the district because all I saw was... More

The boys really enjoyed the playground with swings and climbing things, and it gave us a chance to sit on a bench and visit. I particularly enjoyed the sculptures and gift shops. It was a bit rainy that day, so it was nice to have a shop or two to duck into.

Great place to take a walk along the waterfront downtown--especially after a visit to the farmer's market or after grabbing a bite to eat at nearby cafes. Not too crowded especially during the week. Fun to look at the boats in the harbor!

Found this place by accident while exploring Olympia - what a lovely place for a relaxing stroll along the waterfront. Very scenic - restaurants within walking distance, smells of the sea - just a relaxing place to stroll and watch the boats go in and out of port.

A scenic walk in January with some friends! A nice way to burn off a few calories after a long lunch. Enjoyed watching the boats in the marina rise and fall with the waves of Budd Bay, and the bundled-up locals walking their dogs, some with doggie sweaters on. Sculptures along the way kept things interesting. A wide variety of... More

Walked through this charming piece of Olympia during an impromptu stop en route to Seattle. Olympia's downtown and waterfront area is so beautiful and charming. We were pleasantly surprised. Be sure to stop at this small park along the waterfront to get a good view of the marina.

This is a wonderful place to walk off your meal, or just get some fresh air, a little exercise, and some stunning views. Views of the water, docks, and Viewing Tower to see the harbor, and the Olympic Mountains on a clear day!
