It was more than I had expected. I requested and received a Gift Basket for the Salvation Army. I was so impressed.

Very clean and professions. Their HQ offices are next door -- very lovey. I went in to pick a donated basket that will be shown at the 2017 Silver Tea in Olympia. I sent in my... read more

Very clean and professions. Their HQ offices are next door -- very lovey. I went in to pick a donated basket that will be shown at the 2017 Silver Tea in Olympia. I sent in my request by email and to my surprise Lindy Fullmer replied. I inquired about a possible donated gift basket. I sent her a flyer of... More

I am not sure why the last reviewer said this store was closed for good. My family went last Monday (MLK Day) and it was open. There were at least 6 different types of chocolate Almond Roca we could sample and we bought a couple of 99 cent bags. So many yummy choices and so cheap!

I never got around to stopping by this store. I finally went there on Dec. 31, 2016 and they have a sign on their door stating that they no longer serve the public at this location and to go to the one in Fife, 3500 20th St E, Fife, WA 98424. This is open every day 9:30 AM to 5:30... More

A small store with big yummy treats. If you love Almond Roca you'll love this place! A wide selection of first quality and seconds. Let me say that the seconds taste as good as the ones that you pay high prices at home.

When I visit Tacoma I have family members that can't wait until I get home-- because they want to see what I brought home from the Almond Roca factory store! The small round building was at the Seattle worlds fair in 1962 as a ticket booth. As a side note: Elvis was there & they even have a plaque to... More

Almond Roca is the signature Sweet Taste of Tacoma and a must have treat to take back home. The outlet stores are especially affordable for those on a budget and want to bring back something special made in Tacoma.

First off, they no longer have the factory tours. Second, do not let that keep you away. A very friendly woman answered every question we had about the candy and the company. And she offered samples of everything we asked for, and oddly enough, bought about all we sampled. There were products we do not normally see in stores and... More

Any trip to Tacoma would not be complete without a stop at the Brown and Haley outlet store (there is also a store in Fife). Almond Roca and Mountain Bars are an institution in the northwest. The store is small (maybe 400 square feet), but does a have a large selection their products. Samples are available at the cash register.... More
