Great arcade, no matter what time of day that you go -- but after 9pm, it is 21+, as they do offer an awesome selection of beer. Take the kids during the day and show them what video games were like when we were their age.

Great place to take the kiddos, or to hang with friends after 9pm. The selection of games is pretty impressive as is the beer!

This place is really cool. I'm sad to say I've been ignoring Tacoma for years. I thought Seattle was the place to be, but lately Seattle offers a dirty and unpleasant experience. Traffic, parking, crowded sidewalks and out of control homelessness and pan handling have turned me off. Tacoma was a breath of fresh air. Going to Dorky's on a... More

When I got out of the car this past Saturday night I chuckled when I saw this arcade. It was not our point of destination. However; after we ate our meal at The Office Pub & Grill we popped into Dorky's Arcade to check it out. We both started laughing and felt like we had just returned to our childhood... More

Really wanted to like this arcade because of the vast array of games. We were excited to discover so many choices in one place; however, we were disappointed to see "out of order" signs on several of the pinball machines. On the plus side, forewarning is better than our experience that 2 of the 3 pinball machines we tried jammed... More

I've been to Dorky's a few times for birthdays and it is a great place. Very family friendly. I go there with my 10 and 13 year old and they have a blast playing the "old school" video games that I played when I was a kid. They really like the air hockey and pin ball machines. Good time for... More

Dorky's is a fun depending on the time of day you go. Afternoon hours are less crowded/noisy. They have a good selection of games, but some don't work and the staff don't reimburse your quarters if you report a broken machine, so choose your games wisely (the newer ones seem to work better). This is an all ages venue but... More

Amazing vintage and modern games. Wonderful for a girls' night, family event, or night out with friends. Drinks were reasonably priced, so were the games. Such a fun time!

Something for everyone here. There are vintage pinball games and many of them,There are also newer pinball machines. There are vintage and new video games also--they have Gallaga, Centipede, PacMan, Starwars...you name it.Food is on the lighter side, but excellent. They also offer @ 50 different kinds of beer or more. By all means, visit this place. The owners and... More

Dorky's is one of the few big arcades that are still around, and certainly the only one that I know about in the area of Tacoma. With several floors worth of games, and a decently priced bit of food to have, it's got a great set of things to enjoy...for the right sort of customer. While there are a ton... More
