Amazing Port! & The reds are brilliant.

One of the hidden gems on the Yakima valley wine tour. But hurry up, word is they may be retiring soon! 2015 or 2016 may be their last year in production. Wineglass has an... read more

One of the hidden gems on the Yakima valley wine tour. But hurry up, word is they may be retiring soon! 2015 or 2016 may be their last year in production. Wineglass has an amazing port. Its worth the drive. Their 08 & 09 are award winning. One of the longest tenured wineries in the Yakima valley. Can't go wrong.... More

You cannot go wrong with a tour of the wineries around Yakima. This was one stop alone the way. We purchased a little here and a little there but at this place, we purchased the entire case. Good stuff.

This was the first winery we went to, and boy were we glad we chose to come here first! Linda was welcoming and friendly, staying with us the entire time, asking us questions about what brought us in, describing their wines, and answering questions we had. We didn't know that their wines had won awards before we entered, so it... More

but the wines were great. Funny how sometimes the pretty showrooms have the worst wines. The tasting room might not have been updated in 15 years but that's because they're focused on wines. I heard them mentioned several times in other tasting rooms and am glad to have made the stop.

The best red wines in the Valley. Capizimo, the red table blend, is always a favorite. Great cabs Splinters!) and a fabulous Bordeaux blend (Rich Harvest!). Fun place! Welcoming proprietors with a great sense of humor. (Horse friendly, for those interested in a winery trail ride.)

Went wine tasting in Zillah and this was by far my favorite winery. Dave was awesome serving us and talking about his wines. Loved the Fran's Rose, Cab Franc, & Cab Sav. I usually don't like Merlots but theirs was nice without a lot of tannins. This will definately be a stop when we go back and will buy some... More

By far, the best of all the wineries we visited. A large variety of wines to taste, reasonable prices, and a charming person to lead you through the tasting. In a step above and beyond, the person helping us with the tasting lent me his bicycle pump, so we could continue on our ride.

We stop by Wineglass every year to pick up wine and visit with David. Every wine they make is wonderful. We are always pleased with the selection they have to sell and the prices are reasonable. Having visited this area on event weekends, I can say that visiting on a non-event weekend is much prefered. Nothing beats talking with the... More

We were here for the Red Wine & Chocolate weekend. The tasting room felt a little crowded and it was really warm in there (and it's only Feb). It was hard to enjoy tasting the wine while I was sweating. The wine was pretty good, but overpriced in my opinion. We ended up buying a red blend and a syrah... More

I visited Wineglass Cellars last weekend for the busy Red Wine and Chocolate Event. I haven't been in Wineglass Cellars for probably about 6 years. We were immediately greeted, even though the bar was very busy. The staff was very knowledgeable about the wines, friendly (even when it got busy), and answered all of our questions. Nice selection of wines... More
