North Bend is an excellent (hidden) gem in West Virginia. You can relax, hike, swim, and camp. They have a great Quest program where you pick outdoor activities (such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing, geocaching, etc.), and a guide will lead you and teach you. Well...More

So much to do at this tucked away park. Historical tunnels on the bike trail are amazing. Quiet town to the side if you decide you want to get back to civilization for a bit.

Yes! North Bend State Park as several nice cabins, along with a lodge and lots of camping. It's best to reserve cabin space early - as it goes quickly in the summer months.
