The Charleston Town Center was just the spot to kill a few hours before a West Virginia Power game. Food court wasn't my style on this day,but plenty of choices. Decent selection of stores, clean and well maintained. Never crazy about paying for parking for the right to shop, but otherwise a nice way to kill a few hours in Charleston

Went to the Town Center Mall today. We went to Bed Bath and Beyond and enjoyed their buy 3 get two free! The mall wasn't crowded at all which made it more enjoyable. Enjoyed Chick-fil-A on the 3rd floor with a great view of the fountain. Every store we visited provided excellent customer service!

This used to be a great place to shop. Many stores have closed and the ones that remain are severely overpriced. Of most concern with my recent trip was the frightening experience trying to get to my car. A man was hiding behind a column, and stepped out of nowhere towards us. Another woman walked out just then and she... More

Charleston town center mall,is ok. Want to,find special ornaments for kids as a extra gift. Had to look a long time to find the right place,it was a cart in the middle of 2 floor. But the mall,is self is a over priced place. You have to pay,for parking the mall does have problems with, robbing. Not my choice place to,shop

Love to shop there but the loss of some key stores has hurt the mall. The food venues are great and the common area is fantastic. I like the coffee shop and third floor fast food area as well. Starbucks is my favorite.

This is a pleasant place to shop with a nice variety of stores and resteraunts. It starting to suffer some closures as are many similar malls in America and the large Sears store and auto center will soon be closed. There is still a good variety os smaller stores available and this remains the best place to shop in Charleston.

Chic fi let is located in food court third floor. Also, Taco Bell, pizza, burrito's, steak and chicken. Places change in name and have forgotten some. Dairy Queen is on second floor near J. C. Penny. Also, Auntie Ann's. Starbuck's coffee though pricey. Elevator accessible and escalator. Stores closing Sear's, Macy's, Christian Bookstore. Shops remaining Aeropostel, Christopher Banks, and C.... Plenty of shops but I am afraid to go alone. One of the parking garage entrances doesn't have a person in the booth so its scary stopping there and using the machine to pay to enter the garage without an attendant. To many thugs walking through the area and you're a sitting duck until the gate arm raises allowing you... More

We were so lucky to have found a mall so close to everything we needed to do over the weekend. Although we were committed to activities in the Civic Center(right across the street)it was so handy when it was time to eat. There are plenty of places to grab a snack, coffee or a meal. The mall was very clean,... More

There is a nice selection of shops but honestly even as a local I try to avoid the mall if at all possible especially after dark. There are way too many thugs and junkies hanging out there wanting money for drugs, homeless people, etc. I dread going there to shop so mostly shop online now. There are better places to... More
