We stopped by the museum on our way home from vacation. A great rainy day activity for our kids! We were there for 4 hours! Kids loved it. Lots of hands on activities for the kids to do.

A combination art gallery, museum, theater, and interactive science center, this venue has something for the whole family. From the live shows, to the 360 theater, to the children's interactive science activities you time spent there will be enjoyable & educational.

Every time I bring my kids here they have a great time. Charleston should be proud of this museum for a little city of it's size. I've lived in Charlotte, NC and Orlando, FL areas and this place rivals them easily.

This area started off really nice. Not quite as much fun stuff (or at least the same caliber of fun stuff) as Sunrise, but they were trying. Now they've let it go, a lot, and the exhibits are falling apart.
