Trails levels for everyone, but be prepared for some rocky trails. Enough trails to ride for a solid 2 to 3 days. Plenty of green and blue trails with hills and mud holes. Not many red-black trails for the thrill seekers, not for me. Nice views from the trails, wildlife on the trails, Hatfield Cemetery is accessible from the trails.... More

The trail has rocky parts, puddle parts, dusty parts, smooth parts, awesome views at some outlooks. You can do the Gilbert-Man route in one day round trip with a meal at either. There's a cool old railroad bridge you cross on that route. If you want to ride the Twin Hollow trailhead in Gilbert on Rockhouse to Devil Anse, then... More

We like to ride all the hatfield McCoy trail systems, we were a bit hesitant to go to rockhouse because people said it lives up to its name "rocky". It is a really nice trail!! We ride a Rzr and it did not seem to be that rocky, nothing unusual at least. Go try it out don't let people scare... More

This was our first ride to the trail system. It was a little rocky but we loved it. The scenery was beautiful. We loved it so much we came back and went to Buffalo mountain and in July 2016 we are going again and watch out Devil Anse trail here we come. It is a blast here and the people... More

Really nice trail system. Locals are very polite...nice small town. Great pizza shops and a couple bars in town. Be sure to get a home cooked meal at the Cliffside!

We spent two day riding Rockhouse . Its the right name for it. Well marked trails and good variety of challenging trials for different rider skill levels.

Great trails. Very well groomed and well marked to represent the level of difficulty for the trails. This is mountain riding at it's finest. Read your map well and have a plan. I would recommend riding in groups of 2 plus. Great place to stay is Hawk Riverfront, 3 mile sout of Gilbert.

We just returned from Gilbert, WV and there were 7 in our group all on side by sides. We didn't have any problems with the trails but stayed on the blue and green trials. The trails are well marked and maintained. I just wished we were closer to ride more often here.

Great place to go ATVing. The people were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They couldn't do enough for me and my friends. When we needed parts and tools for our quads they had everything we needed.
