A well laid out museum tucked into the shops along Route 88 at Olgebay. The museum covered the various types of glass and the history of glass manufacturers in Wheeling over the past few hundred years. Very interesting information and very unique glass pieces. (Who knew?) The only downside the day we were there, is that the glass blower was... More

This is a fun demonstration to watch with your kids. The hot irons on the heat & half-melted glass are mesmerizing to look at. It's cool to have some context to go through the glass shop afterward and talk with the kids about how much work went into each piece that was created.

A relative small glass museum with live glassblowing demo available. A gift shop as well. Very nice place to visit if you are into art glass. Open to the public at Oglebay Park. Overall a very nice experience.

I love glassware and some of their pieces I have never seen before. The lady at the entry was so sweet and kind. They had a demo on glass blowing doing our visit and very interesting to watch.

Great pieces to see. Reminded me of items that my grandmother had in her home. Many unique items, very colorful.

Nice, small museum. Stopped by late in the day, so we didn't see any demonstrations. Interesting information regarding some West Virginia glass manufacturers. Large/expensive gift shop upstairs.

The glass shop, gift shop. Has lots of beautiful objects, figurines and stained glass artwork to admire and purchase. We went to the museum where there were historical and period pieces to admire and we saw a vase being made as the man explained the process to us. Again I recommend an activity band as it allows you to get... More

This is a fascinating museum. They have beautiful samples of the glass made here and a history of glass making in Wheeling. It is well worth the trip.
