Such a different hike. Surreal. Reminded my of the movie Ferngully. Don't be so intent on stay on the path, walk in the water. Its cooling and safe. bring bug spray, camera.

Beautiful day for a hike. We wore water shoes, happy we did. U walk in ankle deep water, refreshing. The trail at one point goes down middle if stream. Toward end of trail climb over rocks. At the end a small waterfall😌 highly recommend

I started out wearing hiking shoes but brought water shoes due to the reviews on here. The further back on the trail I went, the more concerned I was that my feet would get wet so I changed to water shoes. I immediately changed BACK...More

The hike in is not too long. Maybe 20 minutes to the falls. Make sure to wear water shoes, or shoes you don't mind getting wet. Do not take small children unless you plan of carrying them over lots of rocks.

I've been coming to Baraboo for years and this is the first time I've finally gotten here (mainly because you have to get your admission sticker from Devil's Lake and if I go there I stay there) but finally I have come. Not only does...More

As of July this place was closed. The area has a fabulous waterfall and you can hike up the side of the river that makes it 's way down to the falls. During the winter (after ice thick) you can walk up below the falls...More

It is a short and easy hike that requires you to cross a small stream of water in order to totally engulf the atmosphere. It is a beautiful setting that allows you to totally appreciate nature. Must do!!!
