We love Fireman's Park! Elkhart Lake its just a beautiful, clean lake to enjoy and Fireman's Park is a great place to do so. Parking is right across the street and can be a little hike if you have a lot of gear. Great little snack hut, bathroom facilities and plenty of room for get togethers. It's certainly a great... The community, lake and park are a welcome and stark change from a day of racing events at the fastest of the five road racing courses left in North America. The lake does not allow motor powered boats on the lake, and the clean, clear quality of the water reflects this and compliments the park.

I used to visit here when I was little and now bring my daughter. The beach is very nice, sandy with clear water. There are grills to cook out and a small concession stand for snacks, candy, and ice cream. Everyone is always friendly and the price is a great deal.

Fireman's park has a large expanse of lawn with trees and picnic tables. The lawn ends at a modest size beach with very soft sand and moderate water temperature. There is plenty of shallow water for children to play in. There is a small concession stand and a bathroom facility. The beach and park were very clean.

Fireman's Park is just down from the Osthoff Resort and has a very nice beach and some of the clearest water I've seen in a lake. There are various watercraft (non-motorized) available for rental as well as motorized boating, skiing, etc. nearby. Bring your own food or purchase it at the shops nearby (literally across the street). This is a... More

I would agree with other reviewers however it i would consider a petite beach. When I think of Firemens Park/beach I think of the non motorized rentals and pontoon at the very near Oosthoff and motorized boat rental compete with tubing, water skiing, and wake boarding at nearby (with vehicle or walking) Victorian Village. VV boat rental comes with a... More

I was pleasently suprised on my resent family day trip to this location. The beach is fantastic. It is located on the grounds of the Osthoff Hotel. The water is so crystal clear it's like you are swimming in some tropical ocean. Great to visit for all ages. There is a fenced off swim area for toddlers. Bring plenty of... More

I'm in Sheboygan, which is about 20 min drive. Good- It's fairly close, always clean, you can bring your own food and grill out or purchase drinks, beer, pizzas and snacks in the little hut down by the lake. The price is $3 for adults and $1 for kids (1 and under free), for regulars like us they do offer... More

I live about 20 miles away and very close to Lake Michigan, but I choose to drive out to Fireman's park in Elkhart Lake. I love being able to lay out on the grass area or the sand area. I love how clean the lake is and that it has a nice sandy bottom. It gradually gets deeper, and has... More
