Every year, the Peninsula Players put on three or four different plays, and they are well done, with great props and actors/ actresses. Over the 35+ years that my wife and family have been going up to Door County, we have seen dozens of fantastic plays. This is truly a "Fantastic Evening of Quality Entertainment!,

This is a lovely outdoor theatre with a fantastic view of Green Bay at Sunset. Get here an hour before the show to enjoy a drink by the bonfire in front of Green Bay. The plays put on by the actors here rival any play that I have seen in Chicago. Even though it is an outdoor venue, there is... More

We honey-mooned in Door County 33 yrs. ago and have been to Peninsula Players each of those 33 yrs. in October. We first began attending performances there when patrons sat on old wooden director's chairs in a tent-like structure. We were hooked! This year we attended the very last performance of the season..... Thank you, Peninsula Players!! See you next... More

Thoroughly enjoyed "39 Steps" at the Pennisula Players Theatre. We had been there 13 years ago and enjoyed it then and had to make sure on our return visit that we would see a play. It was so hilarious and not what we expected. We enjoyed it as well as we enjoyed watching the sunset. The seating was perfect and... More

6 newbies to The Peninsula Players Theater. Completely blown away that this production was in the woods in Wisconsin! The play was so funny and entertaining. The cast, set, and venue was top notch! Sides were down due to the cold and that was fine with all of us! Can't wait to come back again in warmer weather 👏🏻 Bravo

The grounds are lovely and the theater itself is very nice. The production (39 Steps) was very well executed and funny. Much better than I expected for a small town, even in a tourist area.

Acting was fantastic, great beer garden bay setting. Sides were up because it was chilly so not a true outdoor theater experience but definitely worth price of tickets!

We watched the Alfred Hitchcock Play "The 39 Steps". The four actors were excellent. It was more of a comedy than a suspenseful thriller, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. If you arrive early, they have an open bonfire where you can sit and enjoy the sunset at 6:15 pm.

We have attended performances, in the fall, every year, for the past 28 years. We are never disappointed. The plays are always so well chosen and the actors are very talented. The directors of the plays always make the play come alive under their directions and make the experience for the audiences a very special occasion. We were at The... More
