It’s well worth the hike. There is a pretty good hill to get back to your car. But it’s worth it. The smaller, north, parking lot will get you to the falls faster. But heads up it’s small and fills up really early.

Didn't know what to expect, but it was bigger and more beautiful than I expected. Will go back and have told friends. Several nicely groomed walking trails. Excited to go there in the winter and see what it looks like.

There isn’t any shelter to the falls on the trail. Shelter is by the main beach or old dam area by nature center area.
