This is one of the most beautiful chapels outside of Rome. Everything about it was breathless. Also our Sister who gave the tour was just wonderful. A must to see for everyone.

This is a beautiful place right in La Crosse. We were buzzed through the front door and greeted by the receptionist who offered us a tour. She called one of the sisters who gave us a tour of the two chapels and played a video explaining the history of this religious order. Both chapels are meticulously maintained and truly beautiful.... We toured the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration chapel and were impressed by the fine artwork and religious authenticity it brought to us. The stained glass was beautiful. Our guide had been a nun for 14 years there and was knowledgeable and gracious.

We were very pleased with a visit and tour. Our guide was very personable and offered very insightful observations of the site. Felt very welcome. Very openly discussed practices of the community and relationship to the chapel. I had just been in Bavaria two days before and found many similarities in styles to churches in Germany of a similar architectural... More

My family had an amazing tour by Sister Malinda. She was wonderful about pointing out all the amazing details and telling us the history of this beautiful chapel. It was fun to hear the story of how the chapel came to be. We will be back again with more visitors!

The good sisters at the convent have a beautiful chapel where they have prayed continuously for over 100 years. They are very happy to give tours of their chapel when services are not going on. They have a great history and are happy to share with all denominations.

We saw this on the trolley tour and the outside of the building was so beautiful we knew we had to return. The tour guide said you could knock on the door, and they would give you a free tour. (There are hours when this is done, but I don't remember what they are.) Sister Sarah guided us and was... More

Try to visit the chapel when there is a soloist or The Rose Ensemble performing. This is a place that, regardless of your faith, will allow you to truly escape the bounds of earth and be transported. The setting and history make one hesitant to speak, and if so, to whisper. A true place of worship.
