Such a beautiful view... Walking the paths, sitting on the benches that overlook the river, strolling through the garden or attending the many activities that are hosted in the park are all great things to do on your visit.

Very nice park to view the river and has nice walking path along the Mississippi. Has a Friendship garden located inside and also is the park to get unto the LaCrosse Queen. During Christmas time is lite up with millions of Christmas lights that you can walk through or drive.

Our family stayed downtown and wanted a break from shopping. Easy walking distance from downtown. Beautiful walking paths to watch river activity. Nice benches for resting and viewing. Lots of people watching with other walkers, riders, etc. Great photo ops too with the river, wildlife and multiple vantage points.

Nice Park right on the river! I'm sure it is beautiful in the summer and winter too! The Japanese Garden would be beautiful in the summer! They were just starting to put out their holiday lights, so check it out at night when all the lights are up!

This is a great place to sit and relax while watching boats and ducks on the river. Very nice sidewalk system for walks. Close to downtown for eats and drinks.

Beautiful fall visit. Not a lot of boat traffic, but still pretty with fall colors and so close to down town it's a must visit.

A real find right on the river. The gardens reflect the nationalities of the La Crosse "sister cities" around the world. Clever, delightful park and a "don't miss" site in the lovely town
