The largest venue (720 seats) is the Quadracci Powerhouse. Seating consists of comfortable theater seats, tiered in a semi-circle facing the stage. The Stiemke Studio (205 seats) consists of tiered padded seating directly facing the stage. The Stackner Cabaret (124 seats) consists of tables and chairs (uncomfortable plastic) and is also a full service restaurant and bar. We have seen... More

Great show, 50 Irving Berlin's songs. The cast did a great job and the show was a nice way to go through 5 decades of work. We had dinner there and was very tasty. Nice production

Had the pleasure of attending a performance of the Man of LaMancha and it was a wonderful performance. This facility is outstanding and there several stages. It is a world class facility. If in ther area it worth a visit.

Excellent as always! The Milwaukee Rep continues to exceed expectations. As good as any New York production at half the price! You won't be disappointed.

This show 'Lady Day' didn't live up to the normal Miwaukee Rep Cabaret bookings. The play features 'Billy Holiday' as a drunk, sad, singer. THe songs were all the same moroseful, uninteresting nature. The one saving grace was the piano player, Abdul Royal. He was masterful and very enjoyable but his role was just background and we didn't get to... More

Have found all of the plays we've seen here through the years to be very professionally done. Some entertaining, some challenging, some unsettling, but all excellent. We aren't happy with the dissolution of the local company - it's good to have new blood, but we really miss the local crew. Wish they had been retained for each of the season's... More

This was the best edition ever - so much energy! The acting and singing were absolutely top notch for every character. The Ghost of Christmas Past did so much with subtle facial expressions and her responsive body language - she was amazing. Scrooge showed a brilliant moment of transformation in the final scene when he pretended to be back to... More

My wife and I went to Mousetrap and it was a great experience. We really enjoyed the play and the venue is really nice. They could do better with concessions and coat check. These areas obviously get surges of people and it is not well managed. They could flex the people to help in these areas. The people working here... More

Took in the presentation of The Lion King while visiting in Milwaukee. The theater (Milwaukee Theater on Kilbourn Avenue) was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming, conveniently located within walking distance from the Intercontinental Hotel. Great performance, would recommend for all ages.

We recently went to The Rep to see Dream Girls. The performance was entertaining and well done. The entire audience seemed engaged and well entertained :) but the wheelchair accessible seats are very disappointing... they are in THE LAST ROW of the upper section. There was no option to sit in another (better) area. This caused a problem for a... More
