The exhibits change, so you never know if you will like the offerings, but I appreciate that this center strives to be upbeat and modern. Sheboygan is lucky to have this arts center in their city.

You have to like modern art to like this museum. I found the displays hard to interpret and a little scary at times.

It's not often that you visit a public place and told the bathrooms are a must-see. But in this case, that's what stands out about this arts center. The décor in both the men's and women's bathroom are something truly unique. Overall, we found the staff to be very friendly and most of the art exhibits eye-appealing.

I would not have gone there if not for the famously decorated bathrooms. It is a must see and take a ton of pictures. I think the men's is better than the women's but both are great. The museum is free which is good since it only took about 10 minutes to see the whole thing. As I said go... More

Don't forget to check out all of the bathrooms - they are truly amazing. The museum was very spacious and had a wide variety of interesting items. Check out the section that was the original Kohler house. Wish they would have kept the home in the original state but you can still see some of the details. Also take the... More

For a free museum with rotating exhibits, this is really excellent. We hit exhibits on road trips in Wisconsin which was great fun. There were also some on supernatural and nature some of which we found a bit creepy (art constructed of large insects) but there was lots of variety. Words will not describe the bathrooms. It is the KOHLER... More

When my wife and I visited, in late May, there was an exhibition of Wisconsin artists. I am unsure how many of the pieces are permanently displayed. Since most all of the art on display was by Wisconsin artists, I don't know if they have any pieces by more well-known artists in storage. The art showcased mainly consisted of a... More

Well worth a trip to the Arts center. We highly recommend. I'd say allow about 90-120 minutes but feel free to take your time.
