We got free tickets with our hotel stay, so we only had to pay for parking $15, which is pretty pricey and food, which is also pretty pricey, although I expected that. All the staff speaks foreign languages because of some program they have. Probably...More

My family had a great time at this massive water park, however the park is not accommodating to the handicapped I walk with a cane and have difficulty with large inclines. All the rides had a large incline before reaching the stairs to be climbed....More

I'm glad your family enjoyed their time here! I apologize about the steep inclines within the park. If need be, please ask an employee for assistance in the future.

The staff was friendly and did seem to very much care about the safety of the people. The facility itself needs to be cleaned up and updated, everything about the place seemed kind of dirty and the water smelled musty.

My family really enjoyed this water park. We went to Kalahari and only stayed a couple of hours. At Noah's Ark, we stayed approximately 6 hours. I'm 63 years old and was with younger adult and 12 year old grandson. Climbing hill with no rail...More

Our hotel (Cliffside Resort) offered us passes so we thought "why not!". Unfortunately they charge you $15 for parking, which sucks, but we weren't sure if there was street parking close by so we just paid. I'd never been to a water park before and...More

We ventured to Noah's Ark compliments to our hotel providing passes free with stay (which was super nice!) Entry to the park yielded the first hurdle - Paying for parking .... now for $15 you can park in the general area, 18 gets you the...More

Thank you for coming, and for your feedback! We are continuously working on improving the customer service skills of our international empoyees. I'm glad you enjoyed the slides and other attractions. See you next time!

If you like to wait over an hour to go on one water slide then it's an ok place we mostly did the wave pool and lazy river. My kids went on one slide and it took them over an hour to get on it.

We received complimentary tickets from our hotel. Parking is now $15 and ridiculous. I spent $22 for 2 chicken tenders and fries combos that were gross. We bought a drink cup to get .99 cent refills. Make sure you get the yellow cup and not...More

I'm very happy that you enjoyed your time here at the waterpark. Our prices are comparable to other attractions in the area, and we believe that we provide good value given our location. I regret that this was not your impression, and offer my apologies.

I received free passes from our hotel stay while in the Dells. Super fun, lines were good. Parking is expensive (15.00).

Does Noah's Ark have any "splash pad" areas for younger kids. I have a 8 month old and I'm wondering if there would be any place there for her.

Hi. This will be our first time to Noah's Ark and were wondering if anyone recommends the cabanas. We have 2 " older" kids and an 18 month old so we are looking to stay near Paradise Lagoon. There isn't too much description about the cabanas and wanted to know if they were worth it for the price. Thank you.
