Good for kids

Very large amount of things that you can interact with. Set up for kids but is also good for the adults

We took our kids in June since both Ryan and I remember loving this place when we were kids; what a huge disappointment. We love our kids engaging in science but this was lame. Lots of choices in the dells use your money wisely and go somewhere else.

Though I had never been here, after living in Wisconsin my whole life, we thought it might be fun to take the grandchildren for a rainy-day activity. Though it started a little slow, overall the kids had a great time and really enjoyed the variety of activities. I was impressed as to how much they encouraged kids to think and... More

Lots of things to see and do. Unique exhibits but the overall vibe feels like the museum is stuck in the 80's. One exhibit where your hair sticks out which is real cool for most people but not for those prone to static electricity.

We had a great time! Although it's not very modern you barely notice. They do a great job filling every inch of space with interactive exhibits that make learning and science exciting!

We took the kids to check this place out as it was a cool and rainy day. I think us adults had as much fun if not more than the kids! Lots of sections to explore and you can go at your own pace, no time limit :) This is a "must" stop for anyone to check out and very... More

So what we didn't know that we now know is that this is the equivalent to the science center in Canada. Although we have have been to a few science centres and a lot of the stations were the same there were some others that were completely different and fun. If you have some time to kill or the kids... There's a lot to see here but some of it seemed repetitive. Both adults and kids will find things that they enjoy interacting with. It didn't seem very clean to me. Everything was quite old and felt a little grimmey from all the people handling it.

To be honest I did not pay for this so I am not sure what the cost was. This place is very large and it is a great way to spend a rainy day. We enjoyed the exhibits and had fun with the hands on stations.

Best to go when rainy... it is what you make it. stop at each attraction and read to learn / do each one. be patient. dont expect a lot of entertainment without using your own thumbs. get over the age of things - there are a lot of light and perspective experiment type stations for kids and adults to play...
