Thought this park had hiking/biking trails but was hard pressed to find any. I bet this place is great and buzzing in the spring/summer. Wyoming is a beautiful state - it's not all flat land and wind. Enjoy!

Fishing was great when we were there. The trails are top notch and good for both walking and riding bikes. There were in great shape and 99% of the park was very clean. The camp sites were adequate but few have full hook-ups

This was a destination while we traveled the Happy Jack Road. Being from New England, how could we not stop? This Sate Park is beautiful and quite. Don't blink or you will miss the sign leading to the park. Folks were camping in their RVs...More

Spent a long weekend here camping, mountain biking and exploring. Trails here are top notch and they even offer a shower facility up front at the main office building--outstanding! They have a central area where a food truck/trailer operates at some times, but I suggest...More

Was told by the reservation people that this park had a dump, but did not say it was not working and won't be repaired. Some electric sites, but only by reservation and even if you show up and they are not reserved 48 hrs ahead...More

This is a very scenic park with lots of walks and camping near a large lake. The facilities for camping, walking and water sports are good and there is a modern visitor centre where staff will advise on suitable walks etc. We enjoyed an afternoon...More

The scenery is breathtaking. Weather was perfect in early September which is after the busy season. The park was beautiful, clean, well designed and maintained. Highly recommend this if you are in the area.

I hiked the Hidden Falls trail and loved the rock formations along the way. The trail follows the creek and ends in a short walk through the water to see the falls. It was beautiful and an easy hike.

This is favorite for the locals. There is camping, both tent and RV sites available, many trails you can hike on and fishing at one of the two lakes. The hike to hidden falls worth the hike.
