Attended the 22nd Annual Wyoming Brewers Festival. Great location, friendly people and a good vibe! Although I didn't check out the establishments other than the festival itself, it looked like a well kempt place I would like to check out more of.

This is a fun area. During the summer months there are Friday's on the Plaza, also lots of festivals and fun (sometimes family-friendly) events, farmer's markets, horse sales, etc. They did a ice skating rink, for like 20 days, this past winter. Also NYE events...More

Like the huge painted boots which are great for pictures and the unique horse statue. Other than that, nothing really to see.

Oh boy, there are big boots all over the town, and they seem to have started their convention here. Stop by, try to find parking, and take the photos. Then drive through the area taking more photos of boots. Great time!

A good place to start exploring Cheyenne. Several self guided tours can be started from here. The visitors center in the depot had great people to help out and provide information..

The square itself has a stop for a carriage ride (which I didn't take), the large boots, and an abstract horse statue, which are amusing for a picture, but it's an otherwise ordinary slab of concrete (in May). Next door is a Wrangler Western wear...More

Fun to see all the big boots that are decorated so nicely. Get your tourist passport stamped in the depot. Love the floor that shows the railroad and routes to go west.
