My parents (in their 80s) and husband and I stumbled upon this place through TripAdvisor. It was well-worth seeing. This is a town of old buildings from the “Wild West” that were dismantled and reassembled here. The buildings are filled with items from the time...More

We were staying next door and couldn't pass up the chance to see some authentic Wild West history. The price is right for a walk around a historical street reconstructed from buildings from the local area, including three frequented by Butch Cassidy and the Sundance...More

We stopped here a couple years ago. Loved it. It was cheap admission and we spent hours. Jeremiah Johnson buried here and buildings that Butch and Sundance were in. Lots of history to see. Boardwalk and many buildings. This is not fancy, but pretty realistic...More

I went with a private group, so all of the buildings were closed except for the bar. We were a photo group and the old wagons and buildings were great to photograph.

I must admit now that we did not actually take a look around the whole place because the first couple of minutes was enough to see what a dump this place was.

If you enjoy wild west history, this is a quick and easy look and some really nice historical items. We found some of the indian history and artifacts most enlightening.

It was closed when I was there. Only the bar was open and we were able to go inside. When it is open, I believe you can go inside the buildings.

No, there is a fee, but you pay inside the old western store (first building). There is no official wrist band or entrance. I think it was $8 each, but I'm not positive.
