We did two trips with this group and they were pretty good. My complaints are just little things that could have made it better, but not complaints about the guides. We did the grand loop tour. The good side is tat you see a lot of the park. The bad is that in order to drive 160 miles, you are... More

Do not use this company. Trust me. If you do, make sure NOT to use James as your guide. He ruined our trip. He was rude, condescending, and untrustworthy. You get the sense that he can't control himself. It's very odd. He ruined our day trip to Yellowstone. The owner was not interested in hearing about it. Avoid this company... More

We did a Yellowstone guided tour with James. DO NOT use James. He's mean, a know it all, and generally an unhappy guy. Trust me. He almost ruined our trip. At one point he got in the face of one of the guys on the trip. Also, the company is no good. Just to have a guide like that is... More

He gave us no instructions as to the agenda for the day. When we headed out we drove 50 mph the entire way to Old Faithful. He did tell us that once we watched Old Faithful that he wouldn't rush us anymore. This was untrue. He didn't want us to look in the visitor center or watch the educational movie.... More

We had a ton of fun on our snowmobile tour. Reed was our guide. Because of time constraints and the fact that you're on a snowmobile, you don't get much instruction about the park, however you stop at least 6-7 times for breaks, pictures, etc. We did the Old Faithful tour and it included breakfast and lunch. Seeing Old Faithful... More

Mixed experience here. Yellowstone is one of natural wonders of the US. I was SO excited to see the park in winter via a snowcoach tour, take photos and learn more about this marvelous place. That was well worth the $267 for the daytrip I thought. Most of the basics of the snowcoach tour w/ Rocky Mountain Snowmobile/ Snowcoach were... More

Our tour guide (James) made this experience a pleasure for our St. Valentine's Day vacation. James was five minutes early to pick us up and was very welcoming. His instructions and expectations for the day were clear and he was patient with questions from the tourists. We had a nice continental breakfast at the snowmobile shop and were fitted with... More

For real snowmobiling ask for the Brooks Lake Lodge trip with Dave as your guide. Also upgrade to the 2 stroke snow machines.

My wife booked two adventures with RMST. Snowcoach to Yellowstone and Snowmobile to Gros Ventre. We had never been on snowmobiles. RMST is a fantastic company with great customer service. When we arrived at the shop we were given breakfast and outfitted for the Snowmobile trip. We appreciated James (our guide) taking the time needed to be sure we were... More

We didn't snowmobile, we took the snowcoach instead. Great excursion. Brock, our guide was very knowledgible and friendly. Saw various aspects of the park and lots of critters throughout our tour. It was a great 12 hour tour.
