Excellent place to get to see the flora of this island it is located between town and the rainforest there're a lot of beautiful vistas to stop and take pictures

This lovely garden is right beside the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel and a great place to walk in the morning! Huge Banyan and Monkey pod trees and lovely bridges. Very calming1

very good and beautiful place to take a walk and see some picturesque park scenery. plants and trees are scenic and walk is just relaxing and enjoyable. ponds have fish and are throughout park...some big pretty canopy trees with banyons too....bird activity was excellent too....

what a beautiful garden full of history. there is a row of Banyan trees planted by famous people. the cool water pond, beautiful landscape can be a cool afternoon stroll. and it is free.

This hidden gardens is lovely bridges and pathways. The trees were large beautiful. A great find near by Pandamonia's Paleta sold yummy fruit ice pops.

The park itself is very pretty. The ponds were flooded so we couldn't cross the bridges or get to the pagoda. But a nice way to kill 30 min. The bamboo was huge, which my kids thought was cool.

Yes-Hilo committed to accessibility at this garden. You can park right next to the garden and while not all paths are accessible, the paths next to the ocean front parking will take you all the way through the garden... More

Not a good idea as it does not have adequate lighting in the evening and you could turn an ankle as the surface is uneven.

There is a lovely restaurant next door, Hilo Bay Cafe, which may do functions. Lovely view of the bay, delicious food, and walking distance of the gardens.
