Fascinating facts about taro growing and production. Able to visit the taro growing plots and help collect invasive snail species. Freshly made taro based dishes offered for lunch. Also able to tour a historic rice mill with historic equipment.

Lyndsay gave a great tour of the family business as well as decades of history. In addition we got some good hands-on activities in the taro patch as well as tastings. Definitely a very worthwhile tour!
