This is an excellent paved hike/bike trail. Although the terrain on the pavement is easy, careful stepping down onto the lava rocks...broken ankle and fire dept coming to carry you up the hill is not so fun! ;-) Excellent long range views of ocean. Resting...More

We hiked along the beaches and the paved trails for miles and even saw monk seals sunning themselves and whales breaching out in the ocean. There are toilet facilities and showers along the way as well as covered picnic areas.

This is a fun way to spend a couple of hours, or longer if you stop for a swim at some of the lovely beaches. The path was paved and fairly level, and the views were just divine. The pineapple dump was very interesting and...More

This path meanders along the coast and is just beautiful (especially heading north out of Kapaa) Easy going, lots of places to run down to the beach- and Pineapple dump lookout is a great place to see turtles! This was really nice!
