They allow you to return for 7 days with your receipt which means you can attend more than one lecture. Good displays on a variety of Hawaiian historical eras for a small museum and lectures were interesting. Alos has a small gift shop where you...More

Lots to see in this museum. Fascinating history, beautiful art works and modern/ recent historical items too. Its bigger than it appears from the outside. Worth the trip.

Great staff! And great history, and exhibits were well put together- love that the Hawaiiana History was in the first building! Chad was so olu’olu and so knowledgeable! Loved seeing the kupuna group painting, and uncle Kawika making his throw nets and sharing mo’olelo. Great treasures!

This vintage building houses an excellent museum with nicely ordered information about the settling of Hawaii. The movie about the hula was also fascinating. Very much worth a visit.
