Then there was a nice easy hike where we learned about the area and had a great lunch. After that we got to walk through the orchards and eat the fruit that... More

This 40 minute railroad ride meanders through gardens of a former sugar cane field. It is now planted with various types of fruit and nut trees and bushes that are described by a guide. Some train cars are open-sided and others are enclosed with open windows. All have good views. About 15 minutes of the trip consists of getting out... More

We took our kids ages 4 and 2 on the train ride. They loved being able to get off and feed the animals. The guy on the train really knew what he was talking about, very informative.

We had booked our tour on a Tuesday, but due to another one of our activities backing out on us we were hoping to reschedule and still do both. Luckily Kauai Plantation was able to let us do our tour a day early. Josh, our tour guide, was great! He was very knowledgable about the history of the plantation, island,... More

We took the 4 hour tour only because we thought our 8 year old grandson might like it but we ended up enjoying it just as much as he did. Our guide, Jordan, was fantastic and born and raised on kauai, so he was very knowledgeable about the island. We first took a short train ride and stopped to feed... More

This was a great family attraction. We had two little ones in our group and it was a relaxing way for the adults to enjoy some kid friendly activities. Not only did we learn a little about Kauai, but the kids were able to feed the animals! We definitely got our money's worth :)

It's always great to see where the produce actually comes from. My daughter also enjoyed feeding the animals! Tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Relaxing and informative train ride. Easy going and perfect for children. Getting off the train and feeding the pigs was fun too.
