Everything was handled in an excellent and professional manner. We had both the steak and chicken dinners and they were great. The entire cruise was a very good experience.

Nice boat, and a great knowledgeable crew that went above and beyond with telling you about different fish as well as different islands. Lunch was ok I'm glad they had veggie burgers. If we a snorkel trip again I would go with this company again.

We chose this company because they are ocean and whale/dolphin conscious...we paid a decent price to go out for a few hours to see dolphin, but when we were almost to the dolphin area the captain said they were not out for the day due...More

No shade on the boat for 5 hours and it was terribly hot. Most of the guests were sitting underneath their towels...we were all getting baked. The rude captain wasn't even a little entertaining and didn't greet anyone when they came on the boat or...More

The tours they offer are to be enjoyed. Go see the whales! Buy you tickets in advance. The boats are roomy, and the naturalists are knowledgeable, and willingly share all they know about the great sea creatures.

We were informed by our guide that come mid April, the Humpback whales start to return to the Alaskan area. So I think you may be out of luck. However, as I say in my review, this company "guarantee" you will see whales, so... More

Yes, there are chairs. If you are prone to motion sickness, I would advise taking medicine first.

Yes, whales are typically around in late March and PacWhale offers guaranteed sightings (or go again free) into May. Mahalo and we hope to see you soon!
