The Sacred Garden affords you with many options to go within, meditate or simply have quiet time within a beautiful surrounding in Maui. The unguided journey includes a labyrinth, quiet spaces for healing, a place for balance and many interesting areas to discover. Worth it.

Wonderful labyrinths and plants. It makes a great stop in the middle of the day to restore personal calm. Don't be fooled by the price tag (free); spending time here is a real lift. It has a number of labyrinths, and the staff can provide quick instructions on how to walk the labyrinths for personal fulfillment. Even my engineer husband... More

The location is pretty in the hills above Paia. There are two labyrinths surrounded by thick jungle & a murky stream. I walked both but beware : I got eaten up by mosquitos or some other biting insect. I'm talking huge bites! The garden area is strange: random things set on rows of tables- not sure what that's about. The... More

Visited twice while on Maui, such a special place. I gained insight walking the labyrinths, and have a picture of the outdoor labyrinth right beside my computer at work as reminder of my experience there. The meditation class was also worth the visit!

Although the gardens are off the "path", I find every visit peaceful and rewarding. The gardens are perfect and the mediation areas peaceful. My only wish is that I could purchase a plant to take home! Rain or shine, don't miss a stop for a few hours of peace at the sacred place.

We were looking for alt things to do on our last day and this was something the looked interesting. Upon arriving you walk in and they have the most beautiful and peaceful nursery/garden with these lovely labyrinths that you can walk. It is hard to describe why it felt to tranquil but the energy was just tremendously thought provoking. They... More

After reading a number of reviews, I decided to make the effort to find this place after visiting the nearby historic town of makawao. Getting to this garden isn't too hard, except that you're driving up a 2 Lane Rd. that narrows to one lane and at least one part. That means that if there are aggressive drivers behind you,... More

I had read about the the garden and had added to my "to do" list this visit to the Island. It was a little tricky to find, it is right on a bend and if you blink you have missed the entrance. We did go earlier in the day to avoid crowds and were surprised at how few people were... More
