Not a lot of tourist attractions on the island of Molokai but this is one you should take time to visit. We wanted to learn about macadamias and happened to see the sign leading to this family-owned farm. One of the owners, Kammy, was already talking to a few people about growing the trees when we arrived. There is no... More

The owner/farmer personally gives you a tour of the process. He is a hoot! The grounds are beautiful.

A fun place to learn about the harvesting of macadamia nuts, taste, and stock up on tasty gifts for family and friends. Midst the 300 macadamia trees, our small group cracked our own nuts, then tasted roasted nuts and the intense flavored macadamia honey. Yum! The owner made us all feel right at home. It's no wonder I purchased a... More

What a hoot! We stopped here just see what Purdy's had to say about the macadamia nut tree; we had fun and we did learn. It is a simple macadamia nut farm, but there is hands-on experience when you get to crack nuts, and the eat them, but the real experience is getting to listen to Purdy describe his macadamia... Like so many others who've written about Purdy's mac nut farm, this was a short, fun learning experience that includes hands-on participation. The guy runs an informative, no pressure discussion about his farm and the nuts. You can buy, or not. He sells excellent macadamia flower honey, plus assorted other mac nut related items. Go and learn and pound a... More

Learned a lot about Mac trees on the short tour from the owner who has a good sense of humor. We cracked nuts, sampled roasted mac nuts. i would recommend to anyone visiting Molukai.

This is a macadamia nut farm which is tiny but the local guy who runs it is nice and knowledgable. The “tour” is free and his nuts are reasonably priced. We got to crack nuts and eat them!

This was the highlight of a day long tour we took on Molokai, but you can visit without buying a day long tour package and it's worth the visit. The family-owned and operated farm is full of fun learning experiences, funny stories, and of course, tasting. We got to hear about the history of the island and learn the many... More

Nothing like fresh macadamia nuts! This is the place to go. Wonderful couple that owns it and the husband manages and Farms all macadamia nuts himself. He personally hand touches and packages each macadamia nut. Very interesting and educational.

Thank Scott L
