This mall was advertised as the second biggest mall, and I've been to the first, so was expecting to have a day out. Was very disappointed. No premium shopping and very limited choice for lunch.

We come here nearly every weekend that it is raining. Great indoor place with food and shopping. We let the baby walk around and burn off energy instead of being trapped in the house. They usually got some type of activity going on at the uptown center stage area for the kids.

Great place to shop and dine away from the tourist. This is a much more of a local mall where locals come to shop. Lot of variety of shops and restaurants .

We hired a Car and decided to try out Pearl Ridge. Its not as glamorous as Ala Moana but I really liked the fact it was indoors. Coming from NZ Winter to Hawaii 32C shopping at Ala Moana was tough as it is an Open Style Shopping Area. Pearl Ridge was a nice change being a lot cooler indoors. It... More

Not sure how anyone can rate it as excellent. It had a bunch of staples: coffee, movies, food and shops. I've been to a ton of malls and although they have been improving with the new bathrooms and extension in the recent years, it's still just an average mall.

Depending on your taste, you find what you crave for in the building. On my last visit I chose Arby's. for roast beef sandwiches with dip. Really hit the spot for lunch.

3 story upper and lower floors. Many stores to shop with smiling customer service. 3 eateries with variety of foods in case you're missing mainland meals. Clean, friendly, cozy seating along walkways to sit. Entertainment for kids. Plus a movie theater!! Get out of the heat and relax. Drive or take da bus Easy to get to from Waikiki area.

Sure Ala Moana has much more stores but if you're a tourist on vacation and have a rental then it's worth the drive out and it's only about 10-15 minutes away from the factory outlets. We found better priced items and many bargains. Worth the trip.

Ala Moana Shopping center used to be a place for both locals and tourists, but over the years Ala Moana has evolved into becoming a high-end retail center aimed at visitors who can afford the prices. Pearlridge has been and continues to be a great mall for locals with stores like Macy's and Sears as anchor stores as well as... More

Why go: Its a large suburban mall just past Pearl Harbour and it does have a Sears if you like shopping there. The mall is spread over two buildings connected by a monorail train $1.00 per trip. Its mucher quieter than Ala Moana. Check the website for shops but you will find Sears, Macys and Longs. Getting there: Pearlridge is... More
