We saw great reviews and were really disappointed. From the buildings in disrepair to wandering chickens, mostly junky merchandise. If they had stayed with the macadamia nut varieties and the local artist watercolors, it might have been OK but editing their offerings didn't happen. This was a big waste of time except for the gorgeous drive along part of the... More

This was one of the highlights of our trip! We got on board for the tour on a small ramshackle bus - but it was clean and comfortable. The driver and tour guide got on dressed in native garb and put on quite a show with the jokes and we may have accidentally learned a few things along the way.... More

Well worth your time and money to go on the one-hour tour offered here. The humor is great and the professionalism is also top notch. Just remember that you are on island time and all will be great! (Our tour started 20 minutes late.) Highly recommend that you make time for this tour.

We stopped at Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farm on our way to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Luckily we'd read that the entrance sign can be missed easily so we had our eyes peeled for it. Do think it would be easy to miss. Once inside there is something for everyone. Lots of coffee and macadamia nut tasting. I'm not a... More

I love the staff at the Macadia Farm, they give out samples, plenty of parking, and easy to find. Love the flavors of mac nuts, and gift shop.

We stopped as we were driving CCW from Honolulu thru Pali/Kanehoe to North Shore back to Honolulu. Tropical Farms popped up as the perfect stop to look, taste and shop. Parking adequate but dirt lot. Plenty of coffee, macadamia, seasonings, salt and all of the typical, local Hawaiian products. Staff were friendly and quite helpful but try and avoid time... More

This is a fun place to stop by. They have great snacks to buy, souvenirs, excellent coffee beans, jewelry, lotions, natural products and very friendly staff. Be prepared to buy something...I had no intention but their products are tempting! They offer lots of samples and free coffee. We spent a good hour there and really enjoyed the time! Great break... A wonderful place to buy flavored coffee and Macadamia nuts. Samples of the coffees and the many different flavors of nuts was much appreciated and made the decision of what to buy easy.

Great stop to grab some local coffee and macadamia nuts. They have free samples which is a plus if you can't make a decision on what you want.

Nice for a quick stop. Great place to taste some Kona coffee and especially various types of macadamia nuts. I loved the cinnamon flavoured ones!!!! They have an area where you can sample real macadamia nuts with various flavours. Moreover you can also see the whole juts with the shell and try them out!
