Now I will preface this review by saying we went here as part of a tour. That means we had 30 minutes here. Not really a good chance to see the place. It just seemed kind of gimmicky. Everything you could possibly want if you you like pineapples. The gift shop is huge! We has the Dole dessert which we... More

I love this place. Its nice to walk around the huge gift shop, have a nice lunch, and pick up a couple tips on pineapple snacks. They have a beautiful garden, a nice train, a cool maze, and yummy pineapple ice cream. Its a cool lil spot to stop at on your way out to North Shore or for the... More

The plantation is a good place to visit for the store, gardens, and maze. The vendors outside are often interesting to see as well. The thing we most look forward to getting when we visit is the pineapple ice cream!

We were quite disappointed with the train ride. The commentary could not be heard as the train tracks makes a lot of noise. I am sure, they could install better system for visitors to listen or take visitors on a wagon ride with scheduled stops. Entrance is very expensive. They claim that free pineapple sampling is done. It is only... More

The pineapple garden, with multiple exotic species, the unusual "painted" eucalyptus trees, and the Dole whip soft served -- even though it's atrociously overpriced -- bring us in every time we visit Oahu.

If you have ever seen a pineapple themed article you can likely find it here...the gift shop is absolutely enormous, even by Disney standards, and you have to walk through it to get to the food concessions at the back. The famous Dole whip is available by cup, cone, or even the pineapple sundae for $25.99. Nice stop on your... More

This really is just a tourist trap. You can waste a lot of money easily here. We stopped by because we kept driving by it. You have to pay 10 bucks for a 20 minute tour. Had no interest in a maze or garden. Did walk along and read the 4 large signs that talk about pineapples and Dole. Saw... More

We visited in Nov and it was very crowded and the lines were long for the Dole Whip, train ride and maze. The line was long to even get tickets for the activities and it was a bit too pricey to do the activities. That being said we still had fun. We really enjoyed the pineapple maze. The train ride... We all really enjoyed the Dole Plantation. Took the train ride around the plantation and saw a variety of plants and trees. The pineapple fields are amazing. Everything was so Beautiful and well kept. Staff was very friendly. You have to try a Dole Whip, so good! I would definitely recommend taking the time out and visiting this place. Wish... More
