We had our own transportation...so you can park at the Fish Eye visitor center then their van will take you/the group across the street. It was myself, husband, teenage girl, and teenage boy. We did the observation tower one day, and the snorkeling the next....More

If you come to Guam - this place is worth the trip to take a look. Highly recommended to bring your snorkel gear along. My biggest mistake was to not pack for this place.More

There is a scuba store across the street that should be able to help you out. The actual park has a place that accommodates snorkeling.
