As a local, UWW has been a huge part of keeping me and my family sane during the pandemic. We have bought annual passes twice now and honestly they should charge more because it’s been worth every penny and then more. The staff is also so so so nice and friendly. The place is always super clean and in tip top shape. We love
their seasonal decor too. And we appreciate them taking Covid19 seriously by having hand sanitizing stations around and having wait times between patrons entering the aquarium. Thank you, UWW!

Overall an experience worthy of our time and money once. Food was excellent, although the entree size was disappointing (the filet size was probably not more than 2 oz and very small lobster tail) considering the cost ($99 per person). The drinks were definitely amazing. They sat us in the family with children area and, unfortunately, the table behind us had very small and understandably fussy babies. Not mad at the babies, but perhaps the the restaurant management should organize tables according to age, not group all children together in an area. Overall a cool one-time experience. Had it been cheaper or the food been more filling, we'd do it a second time.

Our 5 year old daughter June's been a regular visitor to UnderWater World, since
she was a toddler, and she's still excited every single time she goes. Every single time. We returned for the first time today after a break. They now have their new set up. Nick is a consummate host and we were well taken care of - and them some - in all respects even after we needed to ask a few times for help. Patient and kind. Sorry about my keys Nick. As to their new set up, the safety measures are palpable. I saw no corners cut. As a parent, I had zero concerns. Back to the excited part, it's impossible for me not to smile when I see how our daughter's face lights up every single time that she takes the tour. Every single time. It's heartwarming. It's priceless.
Thank you, UnderWater World.

We went to the Dinner under the sea event. The atmosphere and being able to see all the fish whilst dining was awesome but the food and the drink (flat sparklingwine) were dissapointing.
4 out of the 5 courses are served cold or came cold - which would be fine if the meal did not cost 100pp. To make things worse the main course was overcooked. Both of our pieces of fillet mignon were dry with one piece being inedible.
If this was a meal at a restaurant and not a pre-paid experience it was bad enough to not pay for the main course. We will not be going again nor taking any friends who are visiting. I would skip this event and just go to the aquarium if you want to see the fish.

UnderWaterWorld is one of the greatest aquariums. Other aquariums I have visited on the mainland such as Moody Gardens and The Texas State Aquarium only have small tunnels to walk through. The UWW aquarium is very long and the abundance of sea life is amazing. My daughter participated in the SeaTrek adventure and was able to pet sea turtles and swim with the sharks. The staff was friendly and professional and created a media package with GoPros and selfies of the family. The divers (Nohea, Nadine, and Jun, i think that was their names), made the greatest impression on my daughter who is interested in getting her diver certification now. Recommended highly!

I did enjoy our visit to UWWGuam with my family. The staff welcomed us and talked to us about what we needed to do. Very friendly. We loved all the nice variety of fishes and even they had local creatures, like the green tree snake. We wanted to stay a little longer in under water tunnels, but other visitors were there, so we had to move faster. Time was too short. It was relaxing to see all the lovely fishes. Sadly, not as many fish as before. I guess cause of Covid and not enough people, but still enough fish to enjoy. My issue was the escalator did not work and a few of us had hard time getting up to next level.
If you want a nice, relaxing break, with the family. This is a nice place to visit for an hour.

The UnderWater World staff were extremely accommodating and kind. Because of the pandemic, they separated us by giving each group five minutes to tour ahead before the next group joined. My two year was a bit scared at first, but she quickly became amazed by all the fish especially the sharks. We will come back again.

Booked dinner. Seafood bisque was extremely salty. Tasted like the the chef dropped the whole salt shaker in the soup. Steak was overcooked (well done) and lukewarm. Nice views of the fish. Also, their brochure mentions a 3 day pass with the dinner but apparently they don't do this anymore. Just so so.

This was a bit of a disappointment, unfortunately. There wasn't a ton of exhibits anymore, and we went through the entire aquarium in less than thirty minutes. For the price of admission, I expected a bit more. I also found it frustrating that it was only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but I understand that demand may not have recovered from the pandemic yet. Not sure I'd visit again.

Hafa Adai,
The experience it was super nice, bring a jacket, it gets little cold. Food was cold everything was already prep.
Flavor wise jt was a 7 from a 10. But the bread for the appetizer was soggy, the soup was cold. The steak was cold 😭.. the only great thing about the food was the dessert 😋. But they should improve because $100pp is a lot for a cold dinner . So sad about it

I want to post review here instead. The Seawalking in the aquarium was the worst experience that I've ever had in my life. Since I went there with my parents, I asked for a Korean translator who can explain in Korean the safety concerns in detail. However, the Korean American instructor kept speaking in English all time even though I asked him to speak in Korean, and he literally said he can not speak Korean well. He was incredibly rude to my parents who can not speak English well and forcibly sped up his tour in the aquarium without understanding his guests who experienced it for the first time. He is not qualified for this position and the aquarium who hired him has a problem, too. I do not recommend the Seawalking and I want to say don't waste your money.

글쎄요~저는 씨워크는 이용하지 않아서 잘모르겠어요. 가볍게 수족관 구경하기엔 비싼가격은 아니라 나쁘지않게 이용했습니다.
