This place sucks. It takes away from local business, the boat isn't sturdy, and the captains suck. Go on diver Eds dive in theater

We were on RC cruise and this was One of our excursions. The guide was very good, I particularly like how the captain of the boat would make sure both sides of the boat hot to see the lighthouses. I've been on other tours where if you weren't on the side of the boat for great pictures you were out... More

We were out for a little over three hours and not only saw whales, had a very nice show put on for us by Sword and Spoon! We also saw a ton of seals around the rock. Way worth the cost of the ticket (which, for fifty bucks, I didn't think of was unreasonable. There are ones that aren't as... More

Although they did their best to find them we saw no whales. On keeping your tickey you can go again for free within a year. However we are from Europe so not a possibility for us which is a pity.

Thank you for the review! If you are on a tour and didn't see whales the rain check ticket is good for THREE YEARS and good on any of our boat tours. We do announce our "whale guarantee policy" on ever tour before we leave the dock and it is on our brochure and ticket as well. As well, if... More

I believe this was the last cruise of the season, so the boat was relatively empty. Maybe 50 aboard. Fantastic experience - 1 hr 45 min along the coast and around one of the islands, 22 mi total according to MapMyWorkout. Biologist/narrarator Ruth was exceptional. Some history about the houses of the wealthy, the great fire in 1947, the geological... More

I can't really review this place because due to 8' swells our tour was cancelled. I was so excited for this as it was the last place I could find that was open at the end of the season. They at least refunded my full ticket price. Oh well, next time?

We enjoyed the trip. The Guide told us lots of interesting things about Arcadia, Bar Harbor, the Islands and the Colorful Lobster Buoys that seemed to be everywhere in the Harbor. She pointed out an Eagle and showed us Harbor seals. The trip last around 2 hours and we enjoyed every minute.

The tour was very nice and informative. I do believe the captain worked at making sure we saw whales which we did. My biggest criticism comes from the seating. If you are stuck in the middle of the boat (the sides always fills up first) then you are left with looking around, or over, or through the front line. It... More

I've always wanted to go on a whale watch that apparently October it is not the time for in Maine so we went on a nature tour instead. Nature guide was very informative and pleasant. We got to see 2 Eagles, Peregrine falcon and Harbor seals and other stuff that I'm forgetting. The boat was large enough that you didn't... More

We didnt see any whales but not from the crew's lack of trying. They searched everywhere...we were out for 4hours. They were all very nice and professional. Learned alot from naturalist. Customers complained but they obviously know NOTHING about nature. The crew offered us a return visit for free or a nuture cruise. We took the nature cruise the next... More
