In late june, the city tore down the artwork and plans to raze the building, eventually to erect "affordable" housing.

I've always loved this bit of whimsey on the gritty corner of 6th and Harrison. Normally inanimate objets captured in the act of defenestration. Many may contemplate the act, but only the truly strong clocks, sofas, tvs and chairs attempt it.
