Irish Coffee a must

Home of the "worlds best" Irish coffee. I would recommend trying to stop by in the middle of the afternoon to help avoid long lines. You can also take them to go

Definitely stop in on an even stroll. Great classic original Irish coffee. Decor is old school, all goes with the vibe. Definitely a must stop

Best Irish Coffee in the world. As I understand it, this is the place where Irish coffee was invented. I believe it, too! More Irish than. Coffee for sure.

The place has been around for a long time - my parents used to go here in their college years! There's a reason for that... The service was warm and the drinks were good. The Irish Coffee was strong and reasonably priced. The flavor was fantastic. I would suggest going in a smaller group if possible or be willing to... More

It was a chilly March evening ride on the trolley (my first visit to this city so I had to ride it from Powell to Fishermans Wharf) an the Burns Vistas neon light was beckoning. Expertly mixed, the Irish coffee has the perfect blend of two sugar cubes dissolved in hot brewed java, a hearty shot of Tullamore Dew Irish... More

There is really only one good reason to visit- iconic Irish coffees. They cornered the market on the perfect glasses for their coffee drinks. We visited on a Thursday night and actually got a seat at the bar. Weekends are packed to the gills.

Irish coffee was excellent, but probably wouldn't eat there. The place was packed and was constantly getting bumped into by staff trying to get by.

The restaurant was not excessively busy, although there were no tables available in the front room, the bar was wide wide open. We stepped up to the bar the the old man there was incredibly rude in addition to telling us we couldn't eat at the bar. (?) Interesting that other reviews state they could eat at the bar. We... Sunday Brunch started with a wonderful Irish Coffee. We had a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were able to accommodate us without blinking an eye. The atmosphere is warm and friendly (like you'd been going there for years). Food was delicious. I understand why the line was outside of the door (get there early to avoid the wait-... More
