I enjoy visiting this place whenever I'm in town to check out the latest exhibits. Great place to take pictures.

Whoa!! How much money did I save when I saw the "KLIMT & RODIN" art exhibition here a few months ago? There was savings in airplane tickets, hotel stays, meals out, public local transportation, and taxi fares. The "KLIMT & RODIN" exhibit, the other current...More

Took a class of students grades 4-7. Beautiful location. Nice variety of art styles. One art docent was fabulous and interesting although her timing was off so the students did not get to spend much time in mummies which they had been studying. The other...More

Come here if they have a special expo that interests you. The display space is good, good lighting, not traffic flow. A bit hard to get to as it is in the park away from the center. Class structure. Some good views of the ocean.

The Legion of Honor is located in a beautiful, dare I say, breathtaking spot in San Francisco. It is always a joy for me to visit. The current exhibition, Casanova, is extremely well curated with objects of art, clothing, porcelain and silver depicting life among...More

We have visited San Francisco many times and for some reason never gotten out to the Legion of Honor Art Museum in Lincoln Park, perhaps because it is some distance from downtown. We were somewhat surprised when the cab ride came to almost $20 but...More
