Place is not big, so you need up to1 hour to go through all exhibits. It was very interesting experience for all our family. Our 5 y.o. son had a lot of fun in the mirror maze and in a laser room. The only cons. would be the price.

I highly recommend getting the SF Go Card if you think you and your family want to go to Ripley's, Madame Tussaud's, Aquarium, Academy of Sciences, etc. It gives you a huge discount. It would have been painful shelling out $100 or more for our family of 4 for each of these visits. Also covers a bus tour which was... More

I've been to places like this before during my family travels. We always have fun. It was a little pricey but that's normal. I recommend it if you have never been to one before. The tickets included the mirror maze and lazer maze course. We all had a lot of fun. We did the mirror maze twice. Of course, despite... More

Our teenagers loved this. It's no news to anyone what it is and overpriced but whatever. It's vacation.

We went this week. My 8 year old loved it. The exhibits are fun. The end has a shadow activity, mirror maze and laser maze game. It was fun for him and something else to do for an hour. Recommend.

We debated going but in the end had a couple of hours to kill before headed to the airport so gave it a whirl. Glad we saw it for it's historic appeal and there was some interesting things inside. But for present day adventurers, it may seem a little 'average'. Things like a boat made of toothpicks or musician portraits... More

We've been to other Ripley's in the past & they never fail to impress & entertain us all! The laser maze at the end is not that great but loved everything else.

It's a bit pricey. You'll spend $80 for a family of 4 for about 1.5hrs experience max. That being said, my kids (5 and 7) loved it. They can't stop talking about all the things the saw there. Favorites were the movie about the guy who survived a shark attack, the rotating tunnel and the worlds tallest man.

Don't bother. I did it just to kill time and I thought it would be interesting. Don't get me wrong some of the stuff was fun and interactive. But I wouldn't bother wasting your money.

Looking for a rainy day activity, this was an ok option. It was a bit musty and at times a bit cliche'. There was enough to keep our interest and some really outrageous displays. The rest was overstimulating and even hoakie at times. In hindsight, wouldn't have missed it as a way to enjoy some quality time with my family... More
