We had a wonderful time and learned so much. My mom can walk with cane and enjoys having her wheel chair handy when tired. Linda was very helpful in picking a safe waking path for my mom and asked the community in chinese to make room for the wheelchair. Thanks for helping with the wheel chair and being so accommodating... More

This tour was so much fun. We took our 11 year old daughter, who leaned in to me at one point during the tour and said "I'm so glad we did this. I'm learning so much!" Linda was the perfect mix of history, current events and humor. This was probably my favorite activity of our trip!

This was a highlight of our trip. Linda our guides delightful and grew up in Chinatown. She gave us a sense of history and took us to some special places. We came back to explore and retrace our steps. The lunch was great. The restaurant was accommodating to vegetarians and the staff looked out for us. The tour was a... More

Joanne: Thank you for mentioning how accommodating the restaurant can be for guests who have dietary restrictions. Our goal is to end the tour by dining with new friends and foods that can be enjoyed by all. What a compliment that you continued your visit to Chinatown by strolling around on your own. More

Linda Lee was a fun and with lots of interesting information and places to see. Her local knowledge and friendly manner really made this tour extra special. Loved the cookie factory, her childhood school experiences and even the live jumping frogs at the 'grocery store'. The dim sum lunch was a lovely finish. After the tour I revisited a lot... More

Hi Meleese: We were lucky that the frogs were so lively when we strolled through the grocery store. Most of the time, they are rather calm. Perhaps they are aware of their fate and want to spend their last hours hanging out with their buddies. :) Thank you for visiting Chinatown with us and your positive review. More

We had a great time on this tour. Linda was a lot of fun and informative. If I ever find myself in San Francisco again I would definitely do this tour again. Go for the lunch option - it's a Dim Sum place so you get to try a nice variety of food.

Linda Lee, our guide, had a great self-awareness and great sense of humor. She really knew how to involve the younger members of the group. The tour was informative, and we'd recommend it as an solid introduction to Chinatown and the history of Chinese people in California.

This was the second time I had been on this tour and Linda is still being both informative and humerous. You do get a chance to see little bits and pieces round the edges that you might just miss and she happily answers questions. We also had a very interesting chat about 'Chinese school', Linda still struggling with being relegated... More

My tour of San Francisco Chinatown was incredible! Linda Lee is a great tour guide! We visited the fortune cookie factory, went to some interesting Chinese grocery stores (they sell live frogs and turtles). We also visited a temple and afterwards we enjoyed a 10 course Dim Sum lunch... Sooooo yummy. I bought some Chinese ointment for arthritis. That day... More
