Here with a tour group. Very sacred environment. Hard to believe that mothers and their children jumped to their death from this cliff.

This is worth the car ride up to the top. Or, if you are crazy, cycle it! Tghe view is excellent and the little pieces of history come together even more once you have seen a number of places.

The drive up to the cliff is beautiful and when you get to the top of the cliff, there isn't much to see but you can view the edge of the island and its beautiful ocean. A good place to hike for few miles.

There are several places called suicide cliff. Some are just cliffs over land. The memorial over the water has spectacular views. Both are worth a visit.

Another legendary story - A must visit to Saipan's finest tourist spot. No admission just a old school way of a drive up visit. Be sure to visit Suicide Cliff.

For anyone reviewing war memorial sites on Saipan this homage to Japanese victims of WWII can't be missed. However, my closest connection to that war served in the Phillipines. Therefore, admittedly somewhat removed, I appreciated this sheer cliff more from the bottom looking up than...More

One of the more good road condition to a famous destination. Easy to get to and awesome view from high up. But other than that, there's more off road attraction on other parts of the island. Apparently lots of ppl left their mark on a...More
