Enjoyed The Diary of Anne Frank this weekend. Another excellent and moving performance by ACT! Watching all quite easily from near the last row with my 10-year-old daughter, I suggest that not only are performers spectacular, but there are no bad seats! Highly recommended!

We have attended several of ACT's productions on the main stage and at 35 Below in the last 3 years. All have been EXCELLENT! The recent remodel has made the main stage super comfortable and accessible to all!

So much fun! This is good, local theater at its best. I am so looking forward to seeing many more productions in the future. The sound quality was good, simple and fast snack bar for intermission, and not a bad seat in the house. Enjoy!

Went with the family to see 9 to 5. Excellent quality production. Not a bad seat in the house. Very intimate setting. Comfortable seating. My only criticisms are that the seats are tight for heavier folks and the restrooms don’t accommodate many folks. Concessions were...More

Last minute decision to checkout the '9-5' show- it was really great! Very entertaining and talented performers. I was a little surprised at how good it was! It's a small, intimate theatre with good views from any area. Would definitely recommend checking it out. Have...More

Attended the show last night and was a bit disappointed based on the reviews on here. The show was good - for community theater - but isn't Broadway level by any means. The performance isn't helped by the very narrow and extremely uncomfortable seats. My...More

wow! Saw the 9 to 5 production at the Asheville Community Theatre this past weekend. It was close to broadway. Outstanding performance, very large cast and perfect cast roles! The volunteer star were friendly, knowledgable and nice bathrooms. Highly recommend popping in for a production!

Who knew this classic from the late 70s would be SO relevant and empowering for today's audiences? The women who play Violet, DoraLee, and Judy were great. The director, Jerry, is obviously gifted. And Luke was more convincing than Dabney Coleman as the sexist, egotistical,...More

Yes! The box office is open at least an hour before the curtain time and unless we are completely sold out, we will have tickets available for purchase at the door.
