I have experience driving off-road but I'm always looking to learn more. I'm also a car nerd who loves to check out the latest from manufacturers. Decided to take the 2 hour class after taking the 30 minute ride along. Well worth the money. I had my instructor critique my driving skills and school me along the way. We drove... More

Very educational and fun event whether driving or riding along; although the driving is a lot more fun. Event was on steeper course than I imagined but slower than I thought. Learned some good advice for future driving in the snow back home!

Highly recommend this off-road adventure. Jim was an excellent instructor. I was hoping to get my wife behind the wheel for part of the experience; with Jim's calming instruction she not only wanted to try driving, she did most of it. We learned so much about the vehicle we had bought and learned that it was capable of doing things... More

Land Rover owners experience had to be the worst experience ever. Breakfast was fine, but the course was designed for 1 or 2 vehicles at a time. They stacked 10 of us into a line that snaked through the woods. The total course trip would probably have taken 30-40 minutes. But with all of the traffic and delays 10 vehicles... More

I will say I was looking forward to this event. We booked the 2 hour experience driving the Ranger Rover. After it was over I would do it again, but my wife and kids would not. We have been to Moab and we were expecting trail rides with views and seeing the entire estate, but it was a 2 hour... More

I bought the one hour class and drove a brand new Land Rover lr4 through some pretty involved trails. My instructor was Ben and he was very thorough to make sure everyone was safe. My wife and kids were able to ride in the back seat. If I make it back to biltmore I will definitely do the longer class.... More

I consider my self a moderately experienced off road 4x4 type driver and have done quite a bit in the past. My wife on the other hand is brand new. Our "guide" Aaron, was great. He taught us about the capablities of the LR4 we were driving, and helped teach us both new techniques that can be applied to any... More

I may have had higher expectations than most may have. I have done the driving school at The Greenbrier, so I somewhat knew what to expect. While this course was cool, 1 hour just wasn't enough to do the extreme that they say they offer here at The Biltmore. If you want to cross water and heavier terrain make sure... More

We have done the one hour lesson elsewhere. This was as good. Nice driver. Fun. However .... I don't agree with this policy that you have to buy admission to the Biltmore estate. We'd just been the month before and to buy admission to property again seemed unreasonable. No bargains here, but I guess that shouldn't be a surprise at... More
