Lovely to stop in for a few minutes and view this beautiful building. It is open to the public during the day and has a parking lot. Amazing architecture and stained glass windows.

Open for visitors, this working church has archtectural ties to work at the Biltmore. A good example of how people involved at Biltmore created and expanded lives for themselves and others within the community. Worth checking out.

Make sure to stop by this Basilica. Very well preserved. Quiet and peaceful. Walk around, observe, pray.

Attended mass here last week, and felt very welcomed into this gorgeous structure. Asheville is fortunate to have such a lovely church in a relatively small city.

The unassuming exterior should not mislead you -- the wonderful stone dome on the interior is a must-see for anyone interested in architecture. Quite lovely.

We like to see remarkable churches (e.g. the Cathedral Of Helena), and during our recent visit to Asheville, were excited to note that there was a basilica. Our timing was such that we actually attended a mass on an early Sunday morning. As with any...More

Because the information on the website is vague I used the "contact us" information to email my questions on hours of operation. Received a prompt response.
