- outsider889 contributionsGreat venue for sport, so long as you don't want a drink or use the restroomWe went to the stadium to watch the Bruins play. The venue has amazing sound and lighting, which really gets the crowd into the mood and amplifies the atmosphere. Once seated the seats were surprisingly comfortable, far more than can be said about a lot of stadiums these days. The only downside to the venue is the lack of restrooms for the number of patrons. Unless you're on your way to the restroom as the siren goes, you'll be lucky to be back in your seat before the 20 minute intermission ends. The other thing that dampened the experience is how expensive food and drinks were. Expect to pay close to $20 for a large beer or other alcoholic beverageVisited March 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 4 March 2023

Bathrooms were adequate. I felt the food was lacking. Plenty of beer options and some bars for liquor but felt there was really only 4-5 different options for food. Anyways, great game. Go Celtics!Visited March 2023Written 8 March 2023
- ZacexploresPittsburgh, Pennsylvania50 contributionsFirst Bruins GameAs a visitor to TD garden, things can look very intimidating looking at this arena as it is located on top of a bustling North Station train line. However, I found a lot of everything in and around TD garden to navigate easily with a little research. The Bruins main ProShop store is just inside the main North station entrance as you must enter from inside the station. Very nice selection of stuff and they actually offer discounts on older merchandise that should be discounted, (unlike NY cough cough) so we went to the proshop around 5:30 for a 7pm game and then found that there is actually another entrance To TD garden just beyond the proshop that allowed regular patrons to enter 1.25 hours early. The pro shop was open after the game as well, and even if you miss it before the game, it was also open after the game to, (although a lot more crowded). They offered my daughter face painting for several different bruins designs, of which she partook, (for free). She got a bruins symbol on one cheek with hockey sticks and pucks on the other. They also gave her a collectible bruins model plane for answering a trivia question correctly, (that I had to answer). I was surprised at how difficult the questions were, but nonetheless she got to choose from an array of items including a TD garden keychain, bracelet, and other trinkets a young child would love. I appreciated this gesture by the Bruins as I appreciated it was free and I didn’t even have to fill out a questionnaire or anything for it! The 2 biggest reasons I dropped a star for was for the comfortability of the seats and the blocked view of the near goal with people prematurely standing or leaning forward in their seats. We were section 309, row 13, seats 16 and 17. There was a Karen siting in front of us that leaned all the way forward in her seat to where I couldn’t see anything! I didn’t pay to watch the game from the Jumbotron tv! They had a lot of variety in terms of food choices, which was also highly appreciated! We ended up getting the pizza, (which was highly delicious) and a souvenir popcorn bucket. I didn’t find the prices for any of the food options bad either. The only thing I was annoyed by was that we kept being pressed to leave tips by the machine and workers. Do you not pay your people enough money to do their job to begin with? They’re not servers, they’re basically glorified fast food workers. This is the only hockey arena I’ve been to that makes patrons feel like they have to tip, and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Great game experience though overall, and I would return.Visited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 7 April 2023

Went to a concert here on Nov 7.
17,000 + people in attendance and I must say there was zero ventilation. For a concert of this magnitude , that was very negligent. It was super hot and muggy. Ended up sick 2 days later.

We had a great time in Boston. We went on a tour of TD Garden and it was really good. We also went on a tour of Fenway Park and it was really good. If you are a sports fan you have to go to both of them

TD Garden tour with Henry as the guide, he was awesome! Henry shared great stories and history on the old Boston Garden, the TD Garden, players past and present; and he had a great sense of humor!

Visited the venue twice this week for sporting events. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is a little pricey along with the beer, but it is what it is..

We went to the stadium to watch the Bruins play.
Expect to pay close to $20 for a large beer or other alcoholic beverage

I know the box office does, but do the vending stations within the venue accept AmEx?

Going to the Celtics game with my son tonight. For an 8:30 game start, what is the earliest time we can get in? We want to see warmups.

Hey. We got to Bruins game about 2 hours before puck drop and couldn’t get in. We had to wait - I think - for about an hour before the game. That was our experience. Enjoy!

Just bring a light coat in case
Hi, I just bought tickets to Celtics vs. Nets game. My seats are 11-12 in loge 18 row 3. Does anyone know if these are decent seats? Haven’t been to a game in a while.

Hey there.
I’m not sure exactly where your seats are, but it is a great stadium for viewing and all seats are good seats (unless of course you need to be close to the action). But the viewing is quite good everywhere.
If I take the train into south station how do I get to north station

Does anyone know where Level 9 box 904 is located???

Level Nine is at the top of the building and has privacy and the seats are pretty cool. The stage or ice or court is way below, but you have a really clean bathroom and they serve beverages. You also get to go there through the private entrance and take the elevator to your level. I often get the Media seats for Concerts, as the pricing is always under $70 per ticket. I have always spoiled myself and had 2nd row center or club seats at the Garden, but have seen all the performers and if I just want to enjoy the music, The Media Seats are the answer. Hope this helps:)

Strange question to ask, tried looking on their website. Haven’t been to a concert at the garden in the winter in a long time . Do people typically wear coats into the garden ? Assuming you can just sit on it, but know the seating is already pretty tight . Taking the T right into north station, but also planning on going to a few bars before the concert, so will be outside for a bit .
